here is my NEW diet [not dat i had ne othas bt yer] LOL well..here it goes:

* stop eating [nah JKS]

* cut down on meals [since i have 5 meals each day..gotta but bak on da extra 2]

eg. brekkie, recess, lunch,afternoon lunch [i binge], dinner, supper [sumtimes if im still hungry]

* eat healthy [lots of fruit+vegies]

*drink heaps of water [ i hate drinkin water]

*excercise..ALOT! [ im a fuckin lazy kient ]

*dont eat too mch chicken [ i tend 2 bring half-a-chicken 2 skewl 4 lunch alot n eat it] - - -> dats how i gots da nikname: CHICK-mandy. *rolls eyezz*

MAN..WOT DA FUCK?! dis aint NO freakin diet fo me..dis is a diet 4 EVRYONE! dis shuld b wot evryone iz eating+doing [fat OR skinny] u jus gotta put ur MIND 2 it..n dO it!..i need sum1 to help me do dat..encourage me, support me, push me [man..dat sound wrong] bt u kno wot i meann! my mum aint no fuckin help..shes useless. i tel her too bt like she do jakshit..i need sum1 bossy n mean 2 help..like...who..NE IDEAS?! bAHAHAHA..if u do jus tell me!!

 i forgot 2 sign up fo touch footy dis yr..wich was da only thing da kept me fit last yr so dat not gud   i gotta find anotha sport 2 do durin summer so i dun look like fuckin santa claus on xmas day!

NORMAL DIET:

Breakfast: bacon+eggs or cereal [fruit loops] or toast

Recess: chips OR chicken tenders OR mini spring rolls [food frm canteen] OR all of the above aka side
Lunch: half chicken OR dinna frm last nite OR food frm canteen [eg. pies, sushi, etc] OR kfc [ twisters ]
Afternoon Lunch: crepes frm myer food court [yuM*] if im REALLY hungry OR pretzels OR filo pastry frm cafes
Dinner: different types of things dat mum makes OR we usualy go out fo dinna n order food dere
Supper or Dessert: icecream [LOTS of icecream] + cookies

NEW+IMPROVED DIET:

= one week =

Breakfast: weetbix cereal;banana;boiled eggs
Recess: fruit;chips;museli bar
Lunch: ham+lettuce sandwich;chicken kebab with lettuce;sushi OR pasta
Afternoon Lunch: biscuits+milk
Dinner: food..[hungry]
Supper or Dessert:FRUIT!FRUIT!N MORE FRUIT! [w/ icecream]

= one week =

well..wish me luck peepz =]] i hope i make it..ehehe. ladahs.


= RESTRICTIONS =

*nO kfc [make dat: NO FAST FOOD]

* nO binGeiNg [ control urself]

*nO sittiN on fat-aSS [stop bein lazyy fo once]

*nO cheATING [ yes; timtams r NOT good examples of biscuits]

*nO MORE pizza [ *screams* ]

* nO soft drinks [only water]

* DONT b pestimistic [be optimistic]

*drink LOW-FAT milk [evn tho it make me sick]
